Champions 4 Changes is all about making fitness fun, inclusive, and meaningful for individuals of all abilities.
Champions 4 Changes runs 4-week virtual fitness programs led by Olympians and Paralympians, designed for individuals of all abilities. Each week focuses on movement, teamwork, and building confidence through fun, adaptive workouts. Our goal is to finish each program with an in-person class when possible, giving participants a chance to meet their coaches and celebrate together.
Champions 4 Changes gives Olympians and Paralympians a meaningful way to give back by leading fun, adaptive virtual workouts for individuals with intellectual and neurodiverse disabilities. We run 4-week programs focused on connection, movement, and confidence — with the goal of finishing with an in-person class when possible. No coaching experience needed — just bring your energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to make someone’s day.
